We hired Jonathan to remodel a bathroom that was long overdue for a major overhaul. The space is small, as is common in century homes, and the contractors we interviewed over the past 4 years seemed only interested in enlarging the space, or in working on more major home renovations. We wanted to practically update, while maintaining the design integrity of an old home. Not easily done, but Jonathan and his team were able to do it well! They were professional, communicative and helped us problem-solve when we came up against some structural challenges. They also were flexible in doing some smaller, peripheral, jobs that we asked about. It was a pleasure to work with them all.

I hired Johnathan to replace a porch and some other general contractor work. He gave me a timeline to when the work would be completed and a general idea of what to expect during construction. He took debris off-site. Him and his associates made quick work of the demo. They replaced the ledger board and they installed new porch. I am very pleased with their work and craftsmanship and might call them soon to replace my deck

I hired Johnathan about 2 months ago to remodel my basement and the adjoining bathroom. He told me the job would take about 2months and it would be a hard push. Him and his team did an outstanding job and finished ahead of schedule. The fixed electrical, framed, insulated, and drywalled the entire basement
They remodeled bathroom and installed all new fixtures ....tub, toilet, vanity, mirror and lights along with tile. Me and my wife are very pleased and know we and our family will enjoy the new basement for years to come.
